A good rule of thumb, according to the World Health Organization, is to keep yourself active at least 150 minutes a week if you are doing things that are moderate in intensity, or if you are doing more vigorous activities you can reduce that to 75 minutes! If you have a work from home job and find yourself with a break, you can do a quick brisk walk inside your home, clean up a room, play with a pet or child, or perform simple home repairs!
You can sign up for one of the many online exercise classes that are offered out there! There are many different outlets to choose from in regards of which exercise program to choose—so keep in mind your budget, and your physical limitations when choosing a program!
