The purpose of having YOU in this position is so that you can find the best fit for the clients needs.
Submissions: Let’s get a quote!
• Review file received from seller
• Make sure file is complete
• If not complete, send back to seller
• Determine markets to quote via Guidelines App
• Send out file to markets available
• Follow up with underwriters for quote
Putting quote together: Assembling the quote for the producer to sell it.
• Review quotes received
• Get financing
• Send quotes to sales with breakdowns and highlight any important info for sales.
• Drop all quotes and corresponding emails in management system.
