The purpose of having YOU in this position is to make sure we have all the necessary information needed and the clients file 100% ready for marketing 30 days ahead of time so we can get the clients renewal on time.
Let’s see if there are any
• Review renewals excel.
• Call clients based on renewal date and confirm all information
• Order loss runs
• Get IFTAS
• Update management systems.
Send to Marketing: Let’s get that quote!
• Once file is complete send over to marketing.
Support: Agents from the carrier might need help with something.
• Help answer underwriting questions if needed.
