Daily To Do’s
The purpose of having YOU in this position is to help keep the client happy throughout the policy term so he can renew with us for multiple years.
CSR in general:
• Answer policy questions.
• Verify coverages.
Endorsements-Drivers:
Changes that the clients need
on their policies.
- Add/delete drivers
- Ask client if they have a copy of the MVR if not charge the client for MVR and run it.
- Ask client if they want to delete a driver.
- Receive written confirmation from insured
- Add to liability, physical damage, and cargo.
- Send receipt to operations/accounting
- Email underwriter to add driver or add through portal.
- Call underwriter to get a verbal approval. (immediately)
- Update management system.
- Drop request & confrimation emails from carrier.
- Update excel driver sheet.
