Training Index: This is what your training will consist of:

Daily To Do’s
The purpose of having YOU in this position is to make sure we have all the necessary information needed to get the clients renewal on time.
Review Renewals: its time to renew their policy lets check there’s no changes.
• Call customers 1 month in advance.
• Review policies to make sure that coverages match customers needs.
• Make changes if needed.
Cross Selling: do they have
other policies? Let’s make sure
we get them!
• Seek opportunities for cross selling.
Rewrites: Let’s get them a new policy.
• If a renewal needs a rewrite then look for a better quote and sell it.
Back Up for CSR:
• Help with some CSR duties
if needed.
3rd Party Communication: getting everything needed between all parties involved.
• Make sure payment was made with mortgages.
