Daily To Do’s
The purpose of having YOU in this position is to provide support to the sales team and make sure we process everything for the client.
Back Office Report:
• Run report.
• Check the sales.
• Check the report and organize it.
• Email each producer with whats missing for each policy to get documents.
• See what is missing on their pertaining documents.

o Rejection Form
o PIP Form
Collect Checks: lets get
• Review prior months to see if the mortgages have already sent out checks.
• Make payments from mortgages.
Follow Up: have they sent all the necessary documents? Let’s call them again!
• Follow up with client for signed apps if not received.
• Drop in public and management system.
• Help with some CSR duties.
